Job Description

Duties
  • Customer Experience
    • Be professional
    • Greet, smile and acknowledge customers
    • Know layout of store to direct customers to products
  • Store Disciplines & Productivity
    • Opening & closing procedures are followed
    • To ensure all merchandising principles are in place at all times and that every item is ticketed
  • Minimise risk through process compliance
    • Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual
    • Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
    • Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience would be advantageous
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
  • Competency Assessment Achieved
