About the Role As a FirstJob learner, you will contribute to a range of business activities while receiving training and guidance. Your day to day work may include: Research and analysis Administration and reporting Process improvement support Project coordination and execution You will add value to your business area while developing key skills and competencies. What You Will Be Responsible For Deliver quality work and demonstrate excellence in all assigned tasks and projects Plan, manage, and report on assigned responsibilities timeously Contribute innovative and proactive ideas to projects Engage in knowledge sharing with peers and key stakeholders Manage your own development plan to enhance your skills Demonstrate and uphold FirstRand's shared values.
