A niche consulting firm in the corporate and employee benefits space is looking for an experienced Retirement Fund Consultant to join their team, working fully remotely but with occasional client visits in Johannesburg. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, deliver proactive consulting advice, and ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.

This position is a full-time, fully remote opportunity based in Gauteng, where you will manage your own time, Monday - Friday, flexible working hours.

• FAIS accredited & compliant with FAIS Code of Conduct (mandatory)
• 3-5 years' experience in the South African employee benefits industry
• Strong knowledge of retirement funds, group risk benefits governance & legislation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, client centric approach with ability to work independently
• Driver's licence and own vehicle required.

• Manage and retain client portfolios
• Provide consulting advice on retirement funds, legislation, governance & group risk products
• Conduct risk rebrokes and advise on product structures
• Prepare & present client meeting packs, provide secretarial services
• Conduct member presentations where required
