We are seeking a hands on, results driven Store Leader for Jonsson Workwear George. As the dependable go to for your team, you will lead daily operations, inspire those around you, and uphold our high standards of service and presentation. Your natural leadership, initiative, and ability to drive accountability will be key to the store's ongoing success.

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations with precision and composure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Support, guide, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with your Regional Leader, your team, and your customers, building strong relationships at every level.
• Take initiative, delegate tasks, and drive accountability, ensuring that all responsibilities are fulfilled and customer queries are resolved promptly.
• Be the "go to" leader-reliable, proactive, and always leading by example in both conduct and presentation.
• Champion a customer first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
