Job Description
Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Service Advisor in South Africa's Wes-Kaap region. In this role, you will oversee operational activities at the point of sale to ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include managing stock and finances, training staff, and promoting the Clicks clubcard. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a retail/FMCG environment, strong customer orientation, and knowledge of financial management principles.
