Luxury Private Nature Reserve is seeking a Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the Restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of service, staff management, and customer satisfaction are executed to the highest standard. This role involves financial oversight, inventory control, staff training, health and safety compliance, and overall business development. The Restaurant Manager drives operational excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction while upholding the company's brand standards and values.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial restaurant role.
  • Proven success in staff supervision and financial management.
  • Experience with inventory control and cash handling.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations for seamless service.
  • Maximise revenue and profitability through strategic financial management.
  • Lead, train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Manage reservations, events, and capacity utilization.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize wastage.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and drive satisfaction.
