The Role

As Wine Steward, you'll support the Sommelier team in managing, presenting, and serving the hotel's exceptional wine programme. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help deliver seamless, knowledgeable, and refined service across restaurants, private dining, and events. You'll also assist with cellar organisation, stock control, and guest recommendations-ensuring every wine experience is memorable.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and guest service skills

  • Clean disciplinary and strong attendance record
