Must have 2 or more years' experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Fast food Restaurant experience wont be considered. Must have good communications skills with the ability to manage a Restaurant floor. Applicants must be well spoken with exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant opening & closing procedures required. Duties will include waiter management, floor management and complaints handling.
