Job Description

Location: Remote, South Africa

Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (Aligned with UK time zone)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Resource Consultant based in South Africa to support our engineering recruitment efforts in the FM (Facilities Management) sector. You will be working closely with experienced consultants and directors, playing a pivotal role in candidate sourcing and selection.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for engineering roles within the FM sector or related industries.

Create and manage shortlists and pipelines of candidates.

Utilize LinkedIn and multiple job boards for sourcing-prior experience with either UK or US markets is preferred.

Collaborate with consultants and directors on candidate briefings and feedback.

Arrange interviews and support consultants in moving candidates through the recruitment process.

Minimum of 18 months of recruitment experience.

Experience in either engineering, FM, or a closely related sector.

Proficient in using LinkedIn and multiple job boards (experience with international boards is acceptable).

Proven track record in recruitment, with strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage high volumes of vacancies and engage persuasively with candidates.

Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

Background in permanent recruitment placements.

Familiarity with UK/US markets is a plus, but not mandatory.
