Reservoir Engineer - Simulation & Integrated Modelling

Eligibility Must have valid right to work in South Africa

• Build, update, and maintain full-field dynamic simulation models
• Perform history matching and forecast production performance
• Integrate geological and static models into dynamic simulation workflows
• Work closely with geoscience teams to ensure consistency between static and dynamic modelling
• Support reserves estimation and resource classification
• Provide input to field development planning and concept selection
• Perform uncertainty analysis and sensitivity studies
• Contribute to economic evaluations through production forecasting
• Support preparation of technical documentation for internal and partner reviews

Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in reservoir engineering
• Experience integrating geoscience and reservoir models

Technical Skills

• Proficient in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, Petrel RE, CMG or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of deepwater reservoir management
• Solid knowledge of production forecasting and reserves estimation
• Ability to perform uncertainty and risk analysis

Education

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline

• Must have legal right to work in South Africa
