A luxury bush lodge in the Sabi Sands is looking for a well-organised and guest-focused Reservations & Front of House Assistant to join the team. This role combines reservations management, guest relations, and administrative support to ensure a seamless guest experience from enquiry through to departure.

Reservations
  • Manage booking enquiries and confirmations
  • Process reservations using ResRequest and NightsBridge
  • Maintain accurate guest information and booking records
  • Communicate with agents and guests regarding availability, rates, and special requests
  • Assist with room allocations and reservation updates
Front of House / Guest Services
  • Welcome and check in guests
  • Ensure a warm, professional guest experience throughout their stay
  • Coordinate guest information with guiding, housekeeping, and kitchen teams
  • Assist with check-outs, billing, and guest queries
  • Support daily lodge operations where needed
Administration
  • General office administration and filing
  • Assist with reports, reservation tracking, and guest information
  • Handle emails and correspondence professionally
Requirements

Previous lodge or hospitality experience preferred

Experience with ResRequest and NightsBridge

Strong organisational and communication skills

Guest-focused and service-driven personality

Ability to work in a small team in a remote environment

Must be able to understand Afrikaans

Professional, reliable, and adaptable
