Job Description
The State Diamond Trader is seeking to appoint a panel of two (2) service providers to provide catering service as and when requested for the period of 3 years.
Attached find the terms of reference/specifications of what is expected.
Please complete and return the attached SBD4 and SBD6.1 forms and quotation.
The closing date for submission is the 8 April 2026 at 10H00.
No late submissions will be accepted.
Please ensure that on your SBD 6.1 paragraph 4 table 1 points are claimed accordingly and if not points wont be awarded.
NB: A Compulsory Virtual Briefing session VIA Teams will be held on the 1st April 2026 from 10h00am to 11h00am.
Only service providers who attend the compulsory briefing session quotations will be considered. If you didn't attend the session your quotation will not be evaluated.
