Primary Responsibilities- Assist in client services.
- Rentals of property.
- Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy.
- Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy.
- Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials.
- Market research.
- Matric Certificate
- (PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate will be advantageous)
- 2 years' experience in Real Estate, Sales, Rentals or Property Management.
- Must be able to sell.
- Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations.
- Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems.
- Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it.
- Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients.
- Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
