• Assist in client services.
• Rentals of property.
• Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy.
• Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy.
• Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials.
• Market research.

• Matric Certificate
• (PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate will be advantageous)

• 2 years' experience in Real Estate, Sales, Rentals or Property Management.

• Must be able to sell.
• Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations.
• Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems.
• Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it.
• Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients.
• Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
