Remote Tax Compliance Manager

• Manage a team responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee tax audits and inquiries as the main point of contact for external auditors.
• Identify and manage tax risks by evaluating current practices and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate tax reporting in financial statements.
• Develop and maintain tax policies and compliance manuals.
• Provide tax guidance on strategic projects and initiatives.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization's operations.

• 5+ years of experience in taxation and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of international tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross functional teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation, CA (SA), CIMA or equivalent.
