Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit/ArchiCAD Draughtsman for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Revit & ArchiCAD and a strong understanding of technical building design, including data centres, hospitals, and energy centres. The successful candidate must be able to produce specification documents from the 3D model and will work fully remotely.

Work from home option is possible with an excellent or stable internet connection.

PC & software will be provided if required.

Requirements

High proficiency in REVIT/ArchiCAD with the following skills:

  • Experienced in collaboration with larger team structures
  • High level technical detailing
  • Specifications and scheduling
  • Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and models
  • Experience in designing complex technical buildings (data centres, hospitals, energy centres)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other disciplines
  • Strong communication skills to convey design intent and coordinate with project stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and specifications
  • Ability to identify and resolve design challenges and propose innovative solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Prior experience in architectural drafting and design, preferably in a technical building environment
