• Research, write, and manage diverse content types including market reports and whitepapers.
• Create thought leadership pieces to establish credibility in the carbon removal sector.
• Develop and maintain an editorial voice across public-facing materials.
• Build and foster relationships with media professionals covering climate topics.
• Distribute press releases for significant company announcements.
• Prepare executives for public speaking engagements and secure influential speaking opportunities.
• Moderate and contribute to digital events, ensuring engaging discussions.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in content or communications roles, ideally B2B.
• Proven experience producing high-quality content with a strong portfolio.
• Experience developing media relations and securing press coverage.
• Knowledge of climate tech or sustainability is a plus.
• Exceptional written English with fluency and precision in storytelling.
• Strong editorial judgement to enhance narrative quality.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
