This is a remote position. A leading premium cat food brand in the UK seeks to employ a Remote Customer Service Agent to join their enthusiastic team. The right candidate will be the voice of their brand, engaging with customers in the UK and delivering outstanding service. This role is ideal for someone who combines a passion for customer service with a genuine love for cats.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, subscriptions, and deliveries
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically at all times
- Capture customer interactions accurately using internal systems
- Minimum of 1 year contact centre experience, or be an exceptionally strong communicator with a proven customer service mindset
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (please test before applying)
- You must have and genuinely love a cat
- Availability to work at least 2 Sundays per month
- Fast, reliable broadband connection with strong upload and download speeds
- Ability to communicate fluently and clearly in English with customers from the UK
- A strong passion for both customer service and cats- this is essential to the role
- A laptop or desktop computer that meets company technical specifications
