As we continue to scale, we are looking to hire a Relationship Manager / Consultant to support and strengthen our existing client and contractor network, ensuring high service levels, delivery support, and ongoing engagement across active and future projects.

Opportunity

This is a key role within the business focused on managing and developing existing relationships

You will work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Sales, Compliance) to:

  • Support live roles across key accounts
  • Maintain and grow client relationships already under agreement
  • Manage contractor experience and retention
  • Ensure our database and market intelligence remain accurate and up to date

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, coordination, and delivery, with a commercial mindset.

Main Objectives & Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and signed accounts
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness
  • Support delivery on live roles, working closely with consultants and managers
  • Proactively reach out to client contacts to understand hiring needs and upcoming projects
  • Manage and maintain relationships with active contractors, ensuring engagement, performance feedback, and retention
  • Generate leads and identify opportunities within existing accounts
  • Take and manage candidate references as part of the recruitment process
  • Keep internal systems (CRM / database) fully updated with accurate client, candidate, and project information
  • Track activity and provide updates on pipeline, roles, and account development
  • Support mobilisation processes in collaboration with compliance and mobility teamsIdentify gaps in accounts and suggest improvements or opportunities for growth
Education and Technical Skills Level
  • Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or customer facing roles
  • Experience within energy, infrastructure, or technical staffing is highly desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and commercially aware
  • Detail oriented with strong database/CRM discipline
  • Team player with the ability to work across multiple departments
  • Problem solving mindset with a focus on service delivery
  • Professional and confident when dealing with clients and contractors
