Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Qualifications
  • Grade 12 with relevant B. Degree / BTech qualification
  • 5+ years in a senior management role - property industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and professional integrity
  • Strong leadership; operational; and financial management skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee properties, tenants, and business management processes within the region
  • Operational & property management - oversee tenant processes to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies; manage tenant relationships; oversee lease processes; monitor property performance; oversee property maintenance plans
  • Business & regional management - manage region performance; develop/implement marketing and advertising strategies; contribute to budget preparation; identify/manage new business opportunities
  • Financial & risk management - prepare/manage budgets; monitor expenditure; manage operational and financial risks
  • Staff management - lead/manage staff performance and work allocation; ensure compliance with HR, performance management and company procedures; oversee HR reporting
  • Compliance & governance - ensure policy compliance; ensure adherence to OHS regulations
Salary

R60,000 - R66,000 per month
