This is a rare leadership opportunity for a dynamic Regional Property Management Professional to take ownership of a high-value property portfolio in Cape Town.

You'll step into a pivotal role responsible for shaping regional performance, leading a talented team of property professionals, and delivering exceptional service across a substantial and diverse portfolio.

With oversight of 60+ buildings, 1,100+ tenants, and a portfolio valued at approximately R6 billion, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen key client partnerships, and elevate the region's commercial performance.

We're looking for a confident and commercially astute leader who thrives in a fast paced property environment:

• 4+ years' experience in a senior property management role
• Proven track record managing large scale portfolios and leading teams
• Relevant degree in Property Studies or similar field
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
• Strong working knowledge of property management systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and manage key stakeholders
• Commercially minded with a strong grasp of financial performance and operational metrics
