We are looking for a commercially sharp,delivery-focused Recruitment Specialist who can build recruitmentpipeline, secure new business, and deliver high-quality recruitmentprojects from brief to top candidate presentation. This role suits someone whois equally confident in new business development, stakeholderengagement, candidate sourcing, and full-cycle recruitmentdelivery.

Main Outcomes:

  • Build and grow astrong recruitment sales pipeline month on month.
  • Convert recruitment opportunities into revenue-generating projects.
  • Deliver high-quality ,end-to-end recruitment projects to agreed standards.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and talentpools for future hiring needs.
  • Keep CRM data accurate,current, and commercially useful.
  • Contribute relevant market intelligence,including hiring trends and salary insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Sales-driven recruitment and business development

  • Proactivelyidentify and generate recruitment opportunities through networking, referrals, relationshipdevelopment, and market engagement.
  • Scopeclient requirements ,prepare proposals, support contracting, and manage commercial momentumthroughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
Candidate sourcing and recruitment delivery
  • Managethe end-to-end recruitment process , including advertising, sourcing, CV screening, assessment andfeedback coordination, through to interview scheduling.
  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to attractand engage quality candidates .
  • Ensure every processfollows a structured, data-driven approach aligned to Lumenii's methodology

Client relationship management

  • Serveas the main point of contact throughout each recruitment project by providingregular updates and remaining accessible to the client.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and hiringmanagers, provide practical market insight, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth,professional delivery experience that drives repeat business.
  • Buildand maintain strongtalent pools for current and future vacancies.
  • Developtrust-based relationships with candidates and create a reliable pipeline of qualifiedprofessionals across target markets.
  • Ensurecandidate and talent pool data is well maintained within the CRM.
  • Stayinformed on labour market trends, salary benchmarks, hiring patterns, and competitoractivity.
  • Use this insight to strengthen client conversations, improverecruitment strategy, and position Lumenii's recruitment offering moreeffectively.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience inrecruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment agency .
  • Strong track record in businessdevelopment, recruitment sales, andclient-facing recruitmentdelivery.
  • Experience managing the fullrecruitment life cycle.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HumanResources, Psychology, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related field willbe beneficial.
  • Experience managing CRM systems,and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work with stakeholdersacross different levels of seniority.
  • Experiencein utilising assessments in the recruitment space.
