PurposeThe Recruitment Manager is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of high-volume telesales agents, ensuring timely, cost-effective hiring aligned to business growth targets. The role focuses on workforce planning, volume hiring strategies, recruitment team leadership, and maintaining hiring quality in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Bulk Recruitment Delivery
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for telesales/contact centre roles.
- Deliver hiring targets within tight timelines, often under fluctuating demand.
- Coordinate mass interviews and large onboarding intakes.
- Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Develop scalable sourcing strategies for bulk telesales hiring.
- Identify and implement alternative talent pipelines.
- Drive sourcing through:
- Job portals
- Social media and digital campaigns
- Walk-in/interview days
- Referral programmes
- Build and maintain an active candidate pool for immediate deployment.
- Recruitment Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
- Allocate roles, track productivity, and coach recruiters on bulk hiring techniques.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets for the team.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Training, and HR teams.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, risks, and pipeline status.
- Align recruitment processes with operational and training schedules.
- Screening & Selection Oversight
- Ensure consistent screening standards (telephonic, in-person, or virtual).
- Oversee assessments, background checks, and offer management.
- Manage high offer-to-join ratios and attrition mitigation.
- Quality & Retention Focus
- Balance speed with quality of hire.
- Analyse early attrition trends and adjust recruitment criteria accordingly.
- Implement pre-hire realistic job previews and expectation-setting.
- Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labour legislation and company policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Required- 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years in bulk/mass recruitment, preferably within telesales, call centre or contact centre environments.
- Proven experience managing a recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of telesales hiring profiles.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
- Data-driven with strong reporting and analysis capability.
- High-volume interview and assessment management expertise.
- (Preferred) Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of employer branding and digital recruitment campaigns.
