Job Title: Recruitment Generalist (Contingency)
Location: Sea Point, Cape Town
Salary: R20,000 - R40,000 per month (excluding commission + long-term incentives)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Generalist to join a growing contingency recruitment desk based in Sea Point. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the business owner, gaining hands on exposure to full cycle recruitment while building strong client relationships. The environment is fast paced and target driven, with strong earning potential through commission and long term incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full 360 recruitment across various industries
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop and manage your own pipeline of roles and candidates
• Work closely with the business owner to deliver on client requirements
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process end to end
• Track performance and activity to meet recruitment targets

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-4 years recruitment experience (agency/contingency preferred)
• Strong sales mindset and target driven approach
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• High levels of motivation and resilience
• Based in or willing to commute to Sea Point
