Recruitment Generalist - Century City

Job Title: Recruitment Generalist (RPO)

Salary: R20,000 - R40,000 per month (excluding commission)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Recruitment Generalist to join a fast-paced RPO environment based in Century City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, can manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and is comfortable working in a structured, target-driven recruitment model. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services across multiple clients, ensuring quality hires within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer stage
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles and industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments where required
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through ATS systems
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years recruitment experience (RPO or agency preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a high-volume environment
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Based in or willing to commute to Century City
