Recruitment Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to support a UK-based employer in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments
- Handle candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, job requisitions, and hiring data
- Use relevant tools such as ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Support the wider team with employer branding, talent pooling, and recruitment reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proficient in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
Salary: R30,000/month 100% Remote
