Job Description

Client Development
  • Build and grow a portfolio of clients within your market specialism.
  • Proactively identify recruitment needs and initiate business development calls, meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Promote and sell PageGroup solutions (database search, retained search, advertising campaigns).
  • Negotiate fees and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Management
  • Source and attract candidates via database, social media, referrals, and advertising.
  • Interview candidates to assess experience, skills, and career goals.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback loops.
  • Support candidates with market insights and salary advice.
Recruitment Process
  • Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in salary and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure successful placements and maintain ongoing client and candidate relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to share commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data in PageGroup systems.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree holder.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or sales/customer service.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and French.
  • Motivated, proactive, and passionate about building a successful career.
