Duties & Responsibilities- Receiving and checking incoming stock against supplier invoices
- Communicating discrepancies and managing QC processes
- Creating stock codes
- Generating daily production orders from open sales reports
- Managing tagging and transfers
- Uploading product images and diamond certificates
- Management of our product picture library
- Conducting weekly stock takes and reporting variances
- Preparing quotes and assisting with production follow-ups
- Ensuring accurate processing and set turnaround on incoming items
