We're looking for a highly adaptable, organized, and proactive Real Estate Acquisition Manager across all South Africa to support the client's growing business. We need someone who can handle a wide variety of responsibilities, anticipate needs, and help keep operations running smoothly.

• Conduct qualified sales calls generated by the setter team.
• Build rapport with homeowners, assess property details, and understand seller motivation.
• Negotiate strategically to secure properties under contract at a discounted price.
• Use high emotional intelligence to put sellers at ease while maintaining authority throughout the sales process.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow internal processes for seamless deal progression.

• 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.
• Goal-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
