Minimum RequirementsMinimum 7 years' experience executing mining-related resettlement programs.
Strong team leadership and ability to prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated ability to drive a practical, fit-for-purpose approach.
Strong stakeholder engagement experience (government, communities, NGOs, senior leadership).
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence project teams.
Familiarity with national and international standards (IFC, Equator Principles, UNGPs).
Reports directly to the Head of Social Performance, with a functional reporting interface to the Site GM.
