A highly regarded and fast-growing commercial law firm in the North West is seeking to appoint a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor at Managing Associate or Partner level to lead and develop its expanding Property Litigation offering.

The Opportunity

You will take the lead in shaping and growing the firm's Property Litigation practice, working closely with established leadership and well-resourced teams. With an existing platform of strong clients-including PLCs, developers, and well-known brands-this role offers immediate access to high-quality work, alongside the autonomy to further build your own client base. Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing the Property Litigation team and service offering
  • Handling a broad caseload of complex property disputes, including landlord and tenant, development disputes, and commercial real estate litigation
  • Working closely with the Commercial Litigation and Real Estate teams on cross-disciplinary matters
  • Playing an active role in business development, networking, and client relationship management
  • Mentoring and support junior lawyers within the team
  • Contributing to the firm's wider growth strategy and leadership initiatives
Candidate Profile
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with significant experience in Property Litigation
  • Currently operating at Senior Associate, Managing Associate, Legal Director, or Partner level
  • Strong technical expertise across a range of real estate disputes
  • Demonstrable experience in client development and relationship management
