Property Administrator / Accounts / PA

Salary: R30,000 - R40,000 per month (depending on experience)
Location: Brackenfell
Type: Full time, permanent, in office position

Job Overview

Our client, a well-established property-focused organisation, is seeking a highly experienced Property Administrator / Accountant / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support across their property portfolio.

This role is ideal for a mature, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in property administration and accounting. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operational, financial, and executive support functions, requiring a high level of professionalism, organisational ability, and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities Property & Administrative Support
  • Provide full administrative support across the property portfolio
  • Manage leases, tenant records, contracts, and general property documentation
  • Liaise with tenants, suppliers, agents, and service providers
  • Coordinate maintenance, invoices, and service schedules
  • Act as a trusted PA to senior management, including diary management and correspondence
Accounts & Financial Support
  • Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end processes
  • Track rental income, expenses, and budgets
  • Support auditors, accountants, and external financial stakeholders
Experience & Background
  • Proven experience in property administration or property management
  • Strong accounting / financial administration background (SAIPA-type profile advantageous)
  • Senior-level experience in an administrative, finance, or office management role
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or executives
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong numerical and financial skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (preferred)
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Proactive, mature, and solutions-driven
Remuneration

R30,000 - R40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
