The Incentive Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of incentive travel and experiential programmes. The role requires strong project management capability, client-facing confidence, and the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incentive programmes from proposal through to delivery and reconciliation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and key suppliers.
  • Coordinate all programme elements including travel, accommodation, experiences and post trip evaluation.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and supplier negotiations.
  • Ensure seamless on-site delivery where required.
  • Maintain high service standards aligned with brand and values.
Required Qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite
  • Canva is advantageous or design programmes
  • Amadeus
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a corporate environment dealing with incentives, conferences etc.
  • Own transport and must live in the Upper Highway area.
