Job Description

Our client is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead technology and infrastructure deployments, including WiFi networks, real-time tracking systems and smart industrial solutions. The role requires strong project planning, field coordination and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high technical standards in mining, industrial and remote environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver technology and infrastructure projects, including WiFi, connectivity and real-time tracking systems.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
  • Lead project implementation, installations and system testing.
  • Coordinate field teams, ensure safety compliance and resolve operational challenges.
  • Manage client and stakeholder communications, progress updates and site meetings.
  • Monitor budgets, resources and risks; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality standards, system performance and accurate documentation.
  • Track project progress, report status and oversee project handover and lessons learned.
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Networking certifications such as Cisco or Mikrotik advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management.
  • Experience managing technology deployments or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working within mining or industrial environments advantageous.
  • Proven experience coordinating technical teams and field installations.
