The client is a growing lifestyle and design label in the premium dog products segment, with a focus on aesthetics, sustainability, and quality. Based in Germany, they're preparing to launch their first collection of high-quality dog accessories including collars, leashes, and harnesses in the US, followed by Germany.

They're looking for a highly organized and resourceful Project Managerto help bring our vision to life and manage critical processes from manufacturing to marketing.

• Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers in Turkey and Europe for product development and production.
• Oversee the full product development cycle, including packaging design and coordination of photoshoots.
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
• Leadthe freelancer team (Shopify, Klaviyo and marketing)to support campaigns and product launches.
• Work directly with the co-founder (based in Europe) to align on strategic priorities.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project and product management, ideally launching consumer products in the pet accessories or related lifestyle industry.
• Strong ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with manufacturers.
• C1-level English communication skills (both written and spoken).German and/or Turkish are a strong plus.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising principles.
• Valid passport and availability to travel to Germany for manufacturer workshops or team collaborations when needed.
• Ability to work effectively across European time zones.

• Fully remote role - be based in South Africa or Europe (Germany, UK) with occasional travel as needed.
