  • Support the planning and execution of retail projects (storeopenings, revamps, relocations and ad hoc projects)
  • Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and trackers
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, andminutes
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with project reporting and status updates
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers and contractors for approval
  • Raise purchase orders and track orders for project-related items(fixtures, fittings, signage, etc.)
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods andservices
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain organised project documentation (contracts, permits,plans, approvals)
  • Assist with submissions to shopping centres, landlords, and localauthorities
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are tracked and met (permits,contractor documentation, etc.)
Financial & Budget Support
  • Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditure
  • Maintain cost trackers and highlight variances
  • Ensure invoices are captured and submitted for processing
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Support with coordination between internal teams, contractors,and suppliers
  • Communicate updates, requirements, and timelines to relevantstakeholders
Operational & Store Support
  • Assist with coordination of store readiness for openings andcampaigns
  • Assist with ad hoc operational and project-related tasks asrequired
Requirements
  • Relevant diploma/qualification in Project Administration,Business Administration, or similar (advantageous)
  • 1-3 years' experience in an administrative support role
  • Exposure to retail or store development environments(advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver's license and own transport (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Basic financial acumen
  • Ability to follow processes and ensure compliance
