YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager. Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects within Contract Logistics, Transportation, and related IT domains. The role focuses on the implementation, integration, and enhancement of CEVA systems, ensuring smooth delivery from initiation to closure. This role leads cross functional project teams, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, and ensures project delivery within timeline, scope, quality, and budget.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Project Planning & Execution
  • Management IT projects following CEVA project management methodology.
  • Lead IT workstream across design, build, testing cutover and go live phases.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including plains, RAID logs, budgets, CRs and cutover plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery within approved scope and budget.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primarily IT contact for internal teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and project steering updates.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Solution Designs, Project Teams, IT CoEs, and partners.
Technical Delivery & Integration
  • Support implementation of logistics systems including WMS, TMS, and Middleware integrations.
  • Validate requirements, functional specifications, and integration designs.
  • Ensure documentation review and approval to CEVA standards.
Risk, Issue & Budget Control
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor budget compliance and manage project financials.
  • Control scope changes and ensure formal approvals.
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure deliverables meet CEVA quality standards, support UAT planning, defect management, and cutover readiness. Ensure compliance with IT governance and cybersecurity standards.
  • Contribute to standardization of PM methodologies and best practices.
  • Facilitate lessons-learned and process improvement activities.
  • Promote automation and digital efficiency initiatives.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3+ years' experience in IT project management, preferably in logistics.
  • Experience with system implementations, integrations, and multi phase releases.
  • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, middleware, and logistics systems.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Budget adherence, on time delivery of projects, scope compliance and controlled change management.
  • Customer satisfaction and user adoption, post implementation stability and reduction of operations defects.
