The Production Support Specialist ensures stable, timely, and accurate execution of enterprise data processing and batch operations. The role focuses on monitoring, triaging, and resolving production issues across complex data environments, while maintaining high service availability for business users. Are you someone who can: Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions by resolving queries fast and effectively and within agreed SLA's and OLA's. Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers and senior staff members. Minimize system downtime through pro-active monitoring and planning; Ensure trending and minimization of recurring problems Communicate clearly with business stakeholders during incidents and outages. Participate in continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and change cycles. Ability to work under pressure with multiple parallel issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with focus on root-cause identification. Ability to interpret logs and troubleshoot data/process issues.
