We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. This position reports to the Operations Manager and involves overseeing daily production operations.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating production team
- Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met
- Monitoring quality standards and implementing improvements
- Creating and maintaining production schedules
- Training and mentoring production staff
- Identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve efficiency
