Flame Masters Winner 2026

"I started working at Pedros in April 2024 at Bayview as a Jnr Griller. It was hard work, but I enjoyed my team. I made sure to learn the SOP's for all the other stations as I worked my way up to Griller. By that time, I could work in any station.
I was entered into the Flame Masters Challenge 2025, and I took first place! It was unbelievable to be crowned the 2025 Flame Master for the entire brand! I was then promoted, and I am currently a Skills Trainer for several stores.
I plan to keep growing and eventually become an OPS manager.
