Job Description
Manufactures and/ or packs of Veterinary products using manual and semi-automatic equipment to meet cost, customer service and quality standards. Areas of Responsibilities: Production Plan execution Setup and operate the manufacturing and packaging equipment as per the requirements. Work under the guidance of the Production Team Leader to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner. Dispenses all raw material required as per Bill of Material as required Manufactures, fill and/ or packs products according to prescribed SOP's / documentation Meets production schedules and output metrics Completes all GMP documentation as required Cleans manufacturing lines and equipment used according to laid down procedures Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that product specifications are met. Continuously conducts in process checks to monitor the quality of product Report all discrepancies to the Production Team Leader as they are identified Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. Attend green area meetings and other departmental meeting Clears and cleans packing lines and equipment used Ensure that all raw material issued to dispensary are accounted for and stored properly Compliance Manufacture, fill and/ or packs products according to packing tickets / SOP's Ensure GMP and Housekeeping standards are maintained Adheres to safe work procedures and wears PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as appropriate to task being performed Complies with all housekeeping, safety and GMP regulations and relevant Standard Operating Procedures. Cleans containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools as dictated by the SOPs Actions any other work related instructions given by Production Team Leader Conduct monthly cycle count and quarterly stock take Asset Management Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Maintains equipment is in good condition and reports malfunctions timeously. Ensures no wastage or rework due to faulty manufacturing and or packaging procedures Reports any equipment and infrastructure problems to Production Team Leader Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs Requirements: N4 in electrical, mechanical or any engineering program 2 years experience in pharmaceutical Industry Skills: Problem Analysis Customer focus Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and plan Show drive and result orientation Analyse problems and situations Demonstrate drive and result orientation Adapt to change Demonstrate customer focus Communicate effectivelyVirbac provides numerous career opportunities, thanks to the diversity of its jobs and their international dimension.Joining Virbac means joining dynamic teams ambitious for success.Add Your Talent to Ours!
