Production Manager - Plastics Manufacturing 
Our client, a leading supplier in the FMCG manufacturing sector, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee shift operations on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 50 staff across shifts, including scheduling, training, and performance
- Oversee production targets, budgets, stock, and supplier coordination
- Improve operational processes, efficiency, and safety
- Lead projects from planning to execution
Requirements:
- Technically minded with a hands-on approach
Matric with Production, Operations or Technical Certification/Diploma would be beneficial - 5 Years + Experience in production or manufacturing operations as a Leader
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with budgets, procurement, and supplier management
- Valid driver's license
