Job Description

We're looking for a recent engineering graduate to support our factory production, design development, and project activities. This role offers strong technical exposure and excellent growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and update the factory production schedule (incl. SOS orders).
  • Review design info and assist with design development and documentation (SOPs, policies, templates).
  • Support internal reviews, investigations, and project tasks.
  • Manage training and hand tool databases.
  • Ensure shop floor design changes are captured in updated drawings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Stores, and Purchasing to ensure product feasibility and availability.
  • Update production info in the ERP system and support cross department communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Engineering Technology (recent graduate).
  • Interest in electrical/mechanical systems or industrial products.
  • Strong admin, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Valid driver's licence + own transport.
  • Advantageous: manufacturing experience, UL/IEC/ISO knowledge, AutoCAD/SolidWorks exposure.
  • Market related salary.
