Production Administrator - Ottery
Job Description
We are looking for a Production Administrator based at our Trade office in Ottery.
The successful candidate will assist with the optimum administration of the Branch. This role requires effective time management to ensure all responsibilities are fully complied with.
Responsibilities- Keeping factory documentation up to date.
- Capturing purchase requisitions.
- Handling of factory documentation.
- Creating job cards from the production plan.
- Checking and purchasing of factory consumables.
- Verify system bill of materials with actual material issues.
- Job maintenance.
- Distribute and communicate production plans and performance measures.
- Manage made-in and bought-out component bin levels.
- Default SKU bin and label maintenance.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and investigations.
- National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed).
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Syspro experience is a must.
- Knowledge of bill of materials.
- Ability to cope with a diversity of tasks in a high pressure environment.
- Excellent communicator with a strong sense for urgency.
