• 2+ years of experienceas a Product Manger of a cross-functional team
• 3+ years of experiencein delivering complex projects and managing internal and externalstakeholders to tight deadlines
• Proficient in dataanalysis and comfortable using analytics tools to track performance anddraw insights, including planning and evaluating experiments and A/Btesting
• Experience in buildingproduct ownership across businesses
• Ability to workcross-functionally and become an expert quickly in a wide range of areaswithin the business
• A meticulous attentionto detail coupled with the ability & willingness to work at pace
• A keen eye foridentifying process improvements and challenging the status-quo
• Exceptionalorganisational, written and verbal communication skills
