The Role

Title: Product Manager - MarTech

Team: Product.

Location: UK, Remote.

We're looking for a Product Manager, MarTech to own the systems, data capabilities, and tooling that power Growth Marketing at Midnite.

You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, defining the roadmap for the tools and platforms that help us acquire, retain, and understand our players.

Your mission is to build scalable MarTech capabilities that enable smarter targeting, better measurement, and more effective automation across the marketing ecosystem.

This role requires someone who can combine a technical mindset with a marketer's intuition. You'll work closely with Growth Marketing, Data, Engineering, CRM, and Analytics teams to translate marketing ambitions into powerful systems and integrations. From tracking and attribution to CRM capabilities and automation frameworks, you'll ensure our marketing teams have the technology they need to move fast and win.

Responsibilities
  • You will: Define and lead the MarTech strategy and roadmap, aligning capabilities with Growth Marketing goals.
  • Build and evolve the systems and data infrastructure that power acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, CRM, Data, and Engineering to deliver impactful tools and integrations.
  • Enable advanced audience segmentation and targeting capabilities across channels.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms, making clear build vs buy decisions.
  • Drive automation across marketing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Establish frameworks for experimentation, testing, and continuous optimisation.
  • Ensure the MarTech ecosystem is scalable, secure, and compliant.

  • Has strong experience working with MarTech stacks, CRM platforms, and marketing data infrastructure.
  • Understands tracking, attribution, and audience data across modern digital channels.
  • Can operate confidently across marketing, data, and engineering, translating between technical and commercial needs.
  • Takes a data-led approach to decision-making and prioritisation.
  • Has experience delivering scalable systems in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Thinks critically about build vs buy decisions and long-term platform strategy.
  • Is motivated by solving complex problems and building high-impact capabilities from the ground up.
