DigiOutsource is looking for driven individuals to help shape our Casino product features across multiple verticals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the management and evolution of key product features such as Tournaments, Games, Loyalty, Bonus Wheel, and more.
  • Provide coaching, feedback and development to the team, ensuring performance optimised and objectives met.
  • Collaborate with the Retention Marketing Manager and stakeholders to develop data driven product feature improvements.
  • Identify and implement tactics to maximise revenue and minimise churn within the product feature portfolio.
  • Prioritise game provider integrations in partnership with third party product teams.
  • Analyse ROI of product features, monitor commercial viability and present findings to relevant forums.
  • Create and monitor reporting templates that evaluate impact on business performance.
  • Partner with the Usability Team on project management of new product features, prioritising work based on ROI or user/business needs.
  • Incorporate User Experience considerations into every Product Feature.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis to keep the product relevant and competitive.
  • Maintain effective use of resources, monitor productivity levels and ensure departmental cohesion.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating in cross functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Proven project management skills - managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
  • Minimum 24 months of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Experience in the e commerce or broader iGaming industry.
Desired Skills
  • In depth knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation and market trends.
  • Experience in the online gaming or casino industry, including player behaviour and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Experience developing and executing customer retention strategies.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven product evolution experience.
  • People management experience, performance management and efficiency optimisation.
  • Intermediate Excel skills - spreadsheet, graph and formula competency.
  • Understanding of customer marketing, promotions and trend analysis.
  • Experience setting up and managing promotional projects and campaigns.
  • Focus on Casino Games, Features and promotions within iGaming.
