Procurement Expeditor

We are looking for a commercially driven Procurement Expeditor who is critical in ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services by actively managing supplier performance, tracking orders, and resolving delays across the supply chain. • Track and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor order progress, ETAs, and resolve delays.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding orders and escape risks where required.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date order statuses on ERP systems.
• Support inventory availability by minimizing supply delays.
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies and invoice-related queries.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Generate reports on order status, delays, and supplier performance.

• 2-5 years' experience in an expediting, procurement, or supply chain role.
• Proven experience following up on suppliers and managing order deliveries.
• Exposure to purchase orders, RFQs, and procurement processes.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
