PROCESS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Woodlands Dairy is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring plant and equipment reliability, supporting continuous improvement, and upholding safety standards.

• Complete and capture job cards accurately in the maintenance system.
• Plan and execute maintenance tasks, including breakdowns, scheduled services, and projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
• Ensure correct tools and spares are used and maintained in safe working condition.
• Commission equipment after maintenance and hand over to operations.
• Implement improvement projects to optimise plant and process equipment.
• Maintain equipment manuals, drawings, and specialised tools in proper order.
• Adhere to health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing Tetra Pak and Alfa Laval equipment.
• Must be a qualified Electrician or Millwright
• 3 years' experience in a similar environment
• Ability to work systematically, communicate effectively, and contribute to innovation initiatives.
