To drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering; validating; documenting; and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modelling; simulating and analysing current and future states; focusing on complex business outcomes using technical expertise; in line with the business strategy.

• IBM BPM BAW
• Kafka/Confluent
• Ability to Design Solutions
• Experience with functional and performance testing
• Modelling and deploying workflows in Camunda Modeler and integrating them with custom UIs.
• AI enabled workflow optimization
• Publishing / consuming events via Kafka/Confluent
• Banking knowledge
• Resource MUST HAVE BPM experience (at least 5 years)
