We are looking for a Principal AI Architect for Enterprise AI Framework and AI Business Applications, who combines deep hands on AI engineering expertise with strong business process understanding to design, build, and scale AI products across Mobility Aftermarket.

This is not a research role and not a pure product management role.

You will:

  • Architect and build AI applications from scratch
  • Define the AI framework and development standards for MA
  • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production ready
  • Mentor AI engineers across the team
  • Translate business logic into robust AI systems

This role will shape how AI applications are developed, implemented and industrialized in MA.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Define and evolve the AI application architecture for MA.
  • Design reusable AI components and frameworks.
  • Establish standards for model integration, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Ensure AI systems are production grade and enterprise ready.
2. Hands-On AI Development
  • Design and build AI driven applications end-to-end.
  • Implement: ML models, LLM based workflows, APIs and microservices, Orchestration layers.
  • Design AI Framework, Train models, establish RAG and MCP.
  • Develop Self Service and reusable AI agents.

This is a hands on AI Architect role with business background.

3. Business Logic Integration
  • Translate MA business processes into AI logic.
  • Embed AI into real operational workflows.
  • Ensure solutions align with: Order to Cash, Customer interaction flows, Trade operations, Business Insight.
  • Balance AI innovation with business feasibility.
4. AI Product Direction
  • Evaluate AI use cases for feasibility and scalability.
  • Define technical roadmap for AI framework evolution.
5. Mentorship & Technical Leadership
  • Mentor AI engineers and developers.
  • Establish best practices in: MLOps, AI UI, AI Work, Model lifecycle management.
  • Provide architectural guidance across AI initiatives.

This is a senior individual contributor role with technical leadership with business influence.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
  • 8-12+ years in AI/ML engineering or applied AI.
  • Strong hands on coding experience (Python mandatory).
  • Experience building AI applications from scratch.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.
  • Solid understanding of: ML model lifecycle, LLM integration, API architecture, Microservices, Cloud native systems.
2. Enterprise & Business Understanding (Critical)
  • Experience embedding AI into enterprise workflows.
  • Understanding of ERP driven business processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into AI system design.
  • Experience in Automotive / Mobility / Trade environment preferred.
  • This is not optional.
3. AI Framework & Platform Thinking (Mandatory)
  • Experience building reusable AI components.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and AI monitoring.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI and governance.
4. Personal Profile
  • Strong system thinking.
  • Able to challenge both business and technical teams.
  • Mentorship mindset without formal people management.
